They damaged my car and then filed a false report to the 3rd party insurance company saying my car was already damaged.
I drive my 2025 car to this location everyday for radiation treatment for cancer. I often received the car with issues, but I let it go until last week Friday the attendant gave me back my car with all displays not functional and features were disabled so I had to take it back to the dealership to fix and just got it back. Terrible experience, I tried to use the valet parking since i have my pregnant wife with me, they told me the parking was full but i could use the parking around the corner that is also from the hospital, i parked there and after 4 days I went to pick up my car (on 04/02/24 afternoon) and a shady guy who was charging at the parking booth saw me walking with a stroller and told me i shouldn't park there, then he asked me for "a tip" so he can let me park, i called his manager and of course he cowardly denied everything...
