There's only one public daily parking exit lane for the whole garage. If someone has an issue exiting, the entire garage gets backed up. I got stuck in a 25-minute line that took me to the next hour tier of charges, costing me 50% more money. The staff on the call boxes is completely unhelpful and will hang up on you if you ask a question they don't want to answer. Park anywhere but here.
