I had a very bad experience. When I tried to park here, I made the mistake of showing up too early. I told the assistance button lady I would just come back later, so she let me in to turn around. I went and explained this to the attendant, who seemed to think I should just cancel, make a new appointment, and keep my car there for the next two hours instead. Booked a Spothero spot well in advance. Get there and the parking agent tells me the lot is full and that he wouldn't honor the reservation that I paid them in advance for. Scummy garage.

I strongly advise against parking your car here. I had a distressing experience where I left my earphones on the passenger seat. When I returned, they were missing. It was impossible for them to have “fallen” anywhere because when I dropped off the car, the valet moved it no more than 10 feet from the hut. I had thoroughly searched under the seat and around it.
