Don’t park here! I tried to ignore the low reviews since it was close to my apartment. I scheduled a reservation 5 days in advance, when I got there the parking attending was extremely rude and told me the garage was full. He would not talk to me and went back inside after I tried to explain I had a reservation. He said he could not help me and would not refund me. Very bad service.
Really nasty guy with attitude works there majority of time. Ownership should look to train or replace. Had three or four very bad experiences, very unpleasant.
It really doesn’t matter to me because I will never be parking there again. But people who plan on parking here deserve to know. PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN ON PARKING HERE. I read the reviews before I parked here and they weren’t great but honestly I just assumed the bad reviews were once in a blue moon and it wouldn’t happen to me.
