We used long term parking at the Baton Rouge airport The service here was unacceptable. The ticket machine was down and the attendant was rude and unhelpful. She went as far as refusing to let us out of the parking lot, and raised her voice at us when she was unable to properly check us out. We were left to sit for 15 minutes before she attended to us again. It wasn't until saying that we were going to get authority that we were helped.
Safe and secure,system to pay your parking tickets is good I gave 9/10
