Machine to pay in lobby was not working. Hilton front desk staffer told me to pay at gate. Machine at gate also not functioning. I called for assistance three times. The first two times a man answered and could not or would not help me - the speakers would go in and out and with that, acoustics in the garage, and an accent, I had a difficult time communicating with him. I was trying to understand what he was saying so I had to have him repeat himself and he disconnected the call both times. I called a three times and a woman... read more

This parking garage is not safe. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins and fender blenders. The garage has no cameras and SP plus parking assumes no responsibility and offers no recourse. The police are aware.

Really 2.5...beware that there are 3 Ballston parking places near each other. Check to make sure this is the one you want. But omg...be prepared. Daily parkers...go up to at least the 4th level. Park in a space w a green light. Then look at your license plate, if you don't know it ,and find the elevators. There will be a pay station. You pay FIRST using you license #. You will not get a ticket; so when you exit , your plate is recognized. If you know where you are headed, good for you bc there is no directory nor enough sign... read more
