I am disabled and have a flickered. There was no way to avoid paying for parking. Having a placard generally means that one does not have to pay. There was no attendant there to do anything about it.
Pay for a pass won’t let me out won’t let me in. Crack heads in lot no real people to help. Broken gate some times people break into cars no attendant.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Their card reader was having errors, and would not read ANY of my 3 cards. Called every number they had posted and no one answered. Pressed the "call for help" button and still no one. I waited over 45 minutes for someone to finally show up. This place is a joke.
