Not to simp for a corporation, but every time I've had an issue with these guys I have gone to the office and they've been super cool about it. I pay a fee every once in a while but frankly the parking is cheap and the guy I've worked with treats me fairly.

I frequently park here and frequently get ticketed, despite paying for parking every time. If you park here I would advise that you pay at kiosk and keep your receipts. You will need them to dispute tickets. It's pretty aggravating, but the app will fail you and you'll still get a ticket that way too. That happened to me more frequently than paying at the kiosk.

It is difficult to convey how much I violently despise the management of this garage. I paid the max day rate ($10) and entered 8:30am-5:00pm in the app. I got back to my car at 5:10, and they had ticketed me at almost exactly 5:01. What for? Because I entered the wrong time? That’s such a racket. I already gave you your $10 for the day, I’m not paying it again. Scammers.

Typical scummy parking service… first time parking here and didn’t realize until too late that it is prepaid despite them having the system to track exactly how long between entry and exit. Their meter maid had my car covered within 3 minutes of parking. I begrudgingly paid their violation fee and won’t ever return. Beware!
