6 days ago I parked my car here. Around 8:40am. The man working there was one of the worst humans I've encountered. My husband Trevor wanted to leave this one alone but heck nah. This pompous, arrogant manager wannabe kept commanding us and speaking down to us due to his lack of understanding. Was extremely rude and def said a racial slur under his breath since he didn't like how my husband parked the car he was supposed to. This man needs to be fired and I won't stop until he does.
This garage consistently will continue to take reservations even if they are full with monthly customers. Then why even take the reservation? They will then turn you away the morning of your reservation. This in turn drives up the price of you booking a new reservation at another garage as it is now last minute. They even show availability as they are turning you away. It is a scam, the manager is extremely rude. Do NOT park there.
