We had a bad experience living in the Channelpoint apartments after living there for 2 years and just caution anyone looking for apartments to reconsider this place because of these reasons: * Extremely expensive for the value they offer. Costed us 3800$ for 2B 2B in 2nd floor and the HVAC was dusty, dishwasher did not work properly, had to repair washing machine twice due to leakage. * There were homeless people under the stairs and had to call emergency security number to handle the situation. * No notification to tenants ... read more
