Wonderful community! I feel welcomed here and the apartments are beautiful and I like that it is convenient to what I need and want in my community.
Don’t be fooled by the staged photos or the “remodeled” facade — Channel Point Apartments is a profit-first, tenant-last operation. It’s a 1980s building with a cheap cosmetic facelift, a failing HVAC system, and drug fumes that seep through vents daily. Management refuses to enforce the no-smoking lease policy, even when tenants suffer from respiratory conditions and report serious health symptoms. Very quite and beautiful place to live! Everyone is very respectful that I have met, and it is very clean. I do wish they had valet trash but besides that I love it here!
