Scheduled a notary service and pre-paid the $60 fee to Tameka Spencer. She was supposed to arrive at 1:00 pm on 11/7/25. As of 4:14 pm she has been a no show and we can get no one on the phone. I either need a refund, a phone call explaining what happened, or I will be filing a report.
