Trevor and his team did an amazing job insulating our floor joist on our solarium. Do to the walkout basement this floor has always been very cold during the winter months because of the overhang. When I said I was going to add sub floor to had some warmth, Trevor said don’t wast your money. He was right, we find the floor just as warm as the remainder of the house. Highly recommend Trevor and his team.
When we were looking to spray foam our garage, Trevor and his crew at SP came highly recommended by a friend and they exceeded our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of our options. They worked quickly and we are still amazing how diligently they cleaned up afterwords. Clearly this company takes a lot of pride in their work and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Had our attic and basement spray foamed, thought all was great until we booked our follow-up energy audit and the guy raised some concerns - areas of varying thickness, didn't put anything on the hatch to our attic or bathroom fan, not a detailed invoice, etc. They didn't clearly communicate what was and was not being done. Amazing work! Trevor and his crew came in to spray foam my in-laws basement. After first talking to him, he was on site 2 days later to take a look at the job and provide a quote.
