Oh, it's real easy to get into the parking garage... It actually not that difficult to use the QR Code and set up to pay but....... We came back after eating a nice dinner. Parked on the fourth level in the parking garage. Got back to find that the doors to the elevator are locked. Going up the stairwell the doors to access each floor are locked. Call the phone number for metropolis and they said there's no pedestrian access to the levels How the hell are you supposed to get back to your car?!? So, we're standing here waitin... read more

My dad has parked here for years. He's 79-year-old veteran meeting his family for the play at the Ohio Theater. They have now changed to QR codes and he didn't understand. Instead of getting the opportunity to pay he received a bill for $70.50. it broke down to be $16 parking fee and 54.50 notice fee. This is outrageous. On what was a wonderful evening they're now hangs a black cloud. Whoever is profiting off of this you should be ashamed of yourself. They now go with a company called metropolis. I parked there tonight when I got back the doors were locked to the elevator , there's NO SIGN you will have to knock on the glass doors to get in. Some people were walking up after the show a worker there had to show me what to do.
