The women that answers the phone and gives quotes has a very rude attitude. She was very short and she told me “ listen we are bout two weeks booked up right now and we don’t have that size dumpster anyway and two weeks is going to run you at least $600” so then I asked if you had to rent it for two weeks because I didn’t need it for that long ….. again she cut me off I didn’t even finish saying what was asking her …… “ no no it don’t matter it still gone run you $600 “ ! Had a great experience with the company, dropped off and pick up the box when they said they were going to. Jessica was very professional and kind and was patient with explaining the process to me. Will definitely be using their services again!
Beware.. unprofessional!! Delivery 5 days out. Day 5.. no dumpster. Called and they forgot to put on the schedule. No apology.. no concern.. no attempt to rectify.. offers to deliver in 4 days.
