Update: Better than ever. I entrusted our Subaru to them for transmission work and she's running so quietly now! I prefer to support locally owned small family businesses and have never been disappointed with SP's work. Always professional and courteous with exceptional customer service. This is my favorite shop in town. I'm always confident that I can trust repair recommendations and that I won't be gouged. They have the cutest shop dogs, too.
I have appreciated their service every time we bring a vehicle here. This last experience was the second time a major issue was found which ended up being covered under an extended warranty. The warranty requires we have the work performed by a Ford dealer. But both times the exact same diagnosis was confirmed. When this warranty is up, SP have more than earned my trust and business.

Great all around customer service. Had a transmission start giving me trouble and SP diagnosed and gave me the bad news. Full rebuild on a 3/4 ton diesel is not a fun situation to be in, but they really did a phenomenal job helping me out. Showed me the guts of my transmission that failed, and how the rebuild would circumvent those common failure points so it wouldn’t happen again. Very professional, friendly, and experienced people working at SP, would definitely recommend them.
