As soon as I walked on I was welcomed with a smile and a hello from the pooch! I was very impressed with how thorough the inspection was. They gave me a rundown on everything they found that needed attention. They got my truck in at 8 and it was ready around 3, even after having to order parts. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Jon for your feed back also.

I had a great experience interacting with the SP Auto & Transmission World team. Lacey was very knowledgeable and polite as a Service Advisor when I checked my vehicle in for troubleshooting my transmission. I was trying to see if I could get a bit lower price for a transmission rebuild than the quote for $9,000 I had received from another repair shop for a complete replacement. SP was able to get me in quickly and fixed my problem. They also did an inspection and let me know about a couple things to keep an eye on. They've been working on my truck for several years and doing a great job.
