Like everyone else I tried many diets over the years. On a whim I contacted Soza Weight Loss. - Metairie. This is by far the best decision I have made. I am beyond thrilled with the results. The staff is very encouraging and they give excellent ideas and tips for you to follow. Once you start losing weight on this program - it carries over into other aspects of your life. Along with the weight loss - my overall attitude has changed. Can't get used to everyone calling me skinny! Feeling great-looking great and enjoying life!
I love this program. It takes some discipline, but it is worth it. It is not hard to follow and you learn how to cook right again. I love the protein bars, helps with that sweets craving.
I absolutely love Soza .. I started June 8, 2015 , I have lost 85lbs and 57inches ... The clinic in Covington is amazing very friendly and helpful ... I couldn't have lost the weight without SOZA!!!
Everyone was super nice ar the clinic. I just wish there were some more recent reviews on facebook.
