Kacey did my massage and it was not good. It was supposed to be a deep tissue which she started off ok but the rest of the massage was rushed and cold lotion being slung all over the place. The room was cold, music was low and she sniffled and snorted the entire time so I guess she didn’t feel good and maybe it wasn’t a good day for her. I also don’t like that they don’t give you a robe and there are no extra amenities to enjoy before or afterward. I won’t be returning.
I always have an amazing experience here! The facility is clean and beautiful and the front desk staff is so helpful and friendly. I had the best deep-tissue massage of my life from Rosemary. Highly recommend!!
