Dr. Brenda Sowter used to be a customer of mine. Dr. Sowter will NOT pay her bills, we had to stop service because of non payment. We can't get her to return calls and can't get an answer as to why she will not pay. Her husband, "Andy", supposedly pays her bills but he will not return our calls either. Seems Dr. Sowter is a sham, a poor and unethical business person and a disgrace to the local community.
