This has been my family doctor since I was born and they wouldn’t take my own son as a patient. Front desk staff rude over the phone but same staff nice in person
I’m not a patient of the clinic but I know a few of the front desk staff. These lovely ladies put their all into their customer (patient) service. They are also front line workers and see and are impacted by the current state of our health care system. They often deal with frustrated patients, due to the lack of doctors and health care services, and then deal with the burnt out doctors at the clinic because they, too, are worked beyond their capacity and feel low because they’re unable to help according to the need that is o... read more
After being a patient at this clinic for 29 years, I am horrified at the way I was spoken to on the phone today. We survived Dr. Jones' retirement and were fortunate to be seen by clinic doctors, then Dr. Cafferky until he left. This coincided with our move to the east coast and as we navigate the what our health system has become across Canada, it would be nice to be listened to and responded to in a polite manner.
