Dr Sowles has helped our broken family - starting with testing & diagnosis of our ADHD (& ODD) son, list of resources for education, help with best foods & supplements, information about medications and then help for our marriage after all the chaos. When our son was out on his own, Dr Sowles provided insights for us to see where we needed to grow as individuals and as a couple. I would recommend him to everyone. He is wise, experienced, honest, caring and very patient.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sowles for two years. A university professor who directs the graduate counseling program at our local university recommended him to me as the best therapist he knows. I travelled 60 miles to meet with him for my initial appointments before switching to telehealth appointments for scheduling convenience. One of the best psychologists in town. I can't recommend him enough therefore I highly recommend him. Very understanding. Extremely in tune. Professional, kind, caring, understanding, encouraging, etc. I feel heard, valued, and appreciated.
Dr. Sowles is not only unprofessional but also condescending. He was late (by a minimum of 15 minutes) for every single one of my son's appointments, even when he had an appointment at the beginning of the day. While sitting in the waiting room for my son's last appointment, Dr. Sowles walked in for the day 20 minutes late (10:20 am for a 10 am appointment), which in turn caused my son's appointment to go late and for him to be late to work.
