My first experience with Sower’s was truly delightful, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Their communication was exceptional, as they sent proofs before starting the engraving and kept me informed throughout the process. This family-owned business is a gem to the community. The owner was incredibly accommodating, working with my hectic schedule and even around her own family emergencies, just so I could pick up the item. She is such a kind and wonderful woman. (I blurred out some of the engraving for privacy)
Sherrie did a fantastic job personalizing gifts for my girlfriends. They look amazing. She is very professional and the items turned out perfect. I highly recommend Sowers Glass Engraving.
This place saved my Christmas gift when I was almost all out of options had it not worked out. I was originally going to order something engraved from total wines and be good to go. That didn’t work out at all because of their engraving and shipping and my location. Something. Doesn’t matter because it led me here (after a lot of panic and frustration but here nonetheless). I used Sowers Glass Engraving approximately eight years ago to make a special gift for my husband. Unfortunately we lost everything in a devastating fire. I reached out to Sherrie and she was so understanding and helped me arrange for a replacement. I will always remember her kindness.
