They had me playing waiting room bingo for over 2 hours past my appointment (for a 30 second injection). They kept calling people back who got there after I did, and when I questioned this, the employee got in my face and another rolled his eyes at me. I got fed up, told them where to stick my chart, and left. I doubt I''ll go back, as this is just another terrible example of the state of healthcare in the US. I went here for my cataract surgery Had to go back six months later and have laser again on my eyes. Doctor said I need to watch my corner about a year later still having trouble with my left eye now I am partially blind in that same eye so my question what did that doctor see the second time??? My vision in my left eye is 20 400 I am very saddened about this I want some answers???? They say there is nothing they can do about this????

An uncaring scheduler called yesterday to cancel my eye surgery. My surgery apparently is not urgent and don't want waste supplies in me. No help in the way of what treatment to go .. I'm a 4x cancer survivor and have chemo damage and a growth to be removed. The woman. tried to reschedule me for a Saturday she was so out of it not paying attention.
