Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were professional and communicated with me during the entire process of turning a neglected mudhole into a backyard centerpiece. Satisfied is an understatement, i am beyond pleased with the work that they did and the honesty and treatment i received from the entire business. I would highly recommend these guys for any and all of your pool needs and look forward to doing business in the future. 5 starts across the board!
We ordered supplies from this company for a client to help them replace equipment lost or stolen as part of their insurance claim. They have since the n repeatedly charged our company credit card without authorization. We have had to fight just to get them to reverse the charges and just when we thought they corrected the problem they charged our card again! This is not rocket science. Very frustrating!
Awesome staff and very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend
