Nick and company renovated our newly purchased our home. Our place was like a box with holes in it, there were drafts everywhere, you could see sunlight thorugh holes in the walls, there were holes in the floor that the previous owner had used to drop cables straight outside-- it had about as much heat retention as a slice of swiss cheese. We have no hesitation recommending Sowden Building Solutions. What we really valued about Nick and his team, was the fact that they cared as much as we did about the end result.
Nick has done a number of jobs for us and we couldn’t be happier. He is extremely professional and punctual but possibly his best quality is his love of what he does and, as a result, his attention to detail. Not only a great builder, he has a flair for design. We will most definitely be using him for any future building projects and highly recommend him.
Toured a renovation in Annandale under construction with the intention of examining building details and getting to know the builder. I knew of Nick's reputation for technical excellence. Even so I was supprised at his knowledge and steadfastness in tackling such a challenging project. I left assured that the finished house would be one of the most comfortable, durable and hygienic in the whole Inner West. I departed very impressed; with more than a few new best practices!
Nick and his team recently helped us renovate our place in Ashfield. Nick was always available, knowledgeable and very professional. He ran a tight ship and I was very impressed with his project management. We only had a short amount of time to get a big job done and Nick had things finished before we expected without compromising on quality. The trades he works with are all reliable and do good work.
