imagine waiting over 1 month just to get an appointment to meet with an intake specialist... then getting cancelled on because a questionnaire isn't ready. Isn't the point of the intake specialist to get this information in the first place? I'll take my $45m net worth elsewhere. Horrible customer service. I've met with larger, more reputable firms in much shorter time frames (i.e. within the week). Ridiculous.
