Highly recommend Sowards! Josh is easy to work with and patient answering questions. His crew is top notch and they do excellent work. The whole process went exactly as explained and I never worried that the crew wouldn't show up (like so many other companies!!) I will definitely be using Sowards again for future projects.
I have worked with Sowards Contracting Services on a number of jobs and have always had good interactions with them. Their guys do good work and go out of their way to accommodate the home-owner when the opportunity arises. I am a local master electrician and would highly recommend them if you're wanting an addition or a remodel.
Won’t pay their contractors and do horrible work please don’t use this company they do horrible work. I was the insulation contractor for these guys and they do terrible work please for the love of god don’t ever use them they do horrible work I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy on them. They are terrible people.
We used Sowards Contracting Services for a to-the-studs kitchen remodel (with a bonus desk/sewing area/storage cabinets added!) and flooring/paint in most of our downstairs. We used Sowards remodeling services for our kitchen and master bathroom. We got several quotes and theirs was the most reasonable by far! The job began quickly after the contract was signed and completed on time. Josh and his crew are extremely professional and responsive. We would definitely use them again.
