Lots of delicious ciders from locally sourced apples. A surprising amount of variety of flavor in the flight we tasted. All 4 were good, dry-tasting ciders!
Delicious cider and very helpful bartender that explained all the different ciders to us.
Sowams Ciderworks was an incredible experience, we got an in-depth description of their cider making process and were able to try not only some of the tiers that they have for sale, but some of the apples that go into making the cider to help understand how they effect the flavor of each cider! Great experience!
