The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The owner is not available - EVER! They had a new computer system and it was difficult to send our ID's or sign the waiver. We received a six seater not a four seater, they did only charge for the four seater. The cart arrived with no directions. We had to call to find where the keys were and there was no discussion about charging or even where the cord was to charge the golf cart.
