few months ago, i ordered yacon from them, first of 3, that were healthy.. the next order, i ordered 3 more, the were wilted and rot, i sent pictures, they said will grow back, it has a strong root system, well never grew back, they all died,, I am a Master Gardener for the state a florida, so i know what im doing, they never sent a replacement or a refund. I will never order from them again, and the friends i referred , i told them the same. Sherri Soules!

I purchased two star Cherry trees from these guys for the first time. As much I took care of them, one is doing good and the other died within a month. They said because it was a exotic plant funny I have way more exotic plants in my yard from fast growing trees who’s is an amazing company with a A+ derive. Because I buy plants a lot and online and rarely have issues I contacted this seller and guess what, they told me their %100 guarantee only means 24 hours from the receipt of the product. Sow Exotic sent two very small, distressed Mysore raspberries to me for $15 a piece with a $10 shipping charge. I was astonished at how fragile they looked and expected much better quality for the money I paid. Perhaps I should've seen this coming, had I read their online reviews before ordering. Apparently, there have been a large number of other dissatisfied customers who have had issues with the company. Ordered a plant end of May and got an email, that my plant will be processed within 1 - 3 weeks, which was not mentioned when I checked out. Last week; I sent them a mail letting them know, that I will leave the country and I would like to cancel my order. Well, this week, I got a mail, that my plant will be shipped this week. Very frustrated because the plant will arrive, when I'm gone and will die. Will not order from them anymore!
