Paul Mascera was the person responsible for not obtaining our deed almost one year after closing. He never contacted us regarding discrepancies in obtaining proper paperwork from the sellers attorney. He’s been contacted several times with no response. Stay away from him and his brother who is a real estate attorney in Verona, NJ (Bannon, Rawding, McDonald & Mascera). Unresponsive. Unprofessional. And a house buying nightmare.
