It was my first day today at this gym and my first day back in the gym after 3 months I had two surgeries in under one year so fitness goals have been put off for a year mostly. The last surgery was recent so taking it slow. Scott was great and really welcoming. This is a new level of different! used to gym at 3am for no crowds they caught on and this solves that problem. It's just you! It's worth it. Can't wait to come more often. Would hate for everyone to find out about this gym. But honestly this place exceeded my expect... read more
