Sovereign is one of my favourite dispensaries to go to. Not only am I always greeted with smiles and good vibes but Jay never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge of flower. He always recommends exactly what I’m feeling whether i’m grabbing for a party or wanting to chill at home, he knows his stuff! I’m a picky weed smoker and its nice to go somewhere with a variety of options and at decent prices as well! Definitely a spot to check out if your in the neighbourhood and down for a smoke
Since the recent new staff, store has been more clean and the pre rolls have been better quality. Great customer service from Jay and a great selection of edibles! Best Dispensary in the GTA!
Im a regular customer of your location and went into your store 30 minutes ago and as soon as your employee saw me thinking im someone else apparently that came yesterday and he kicked him out so as soon he saw me he started by kicking me out using profane language and i tried to tell him it wasnt me and he can check the cameras but instead he stepped out with a long stick and started pushing me out of the door Weird experience from a weird employee
Great prices and options, the service is absolutely top notch! Look out for Alex, she is very helpful and resourceful! Best service i have had in a while!
Went here for the first time today and was amazed with the customer service Jay provided. He was super helpful. Prices are good aswell.
