Wonderful experience! The therapists were attentive and very thorough during every session. It felt like the therapists knew exactly what the problem was and a definite solution to help improve my condition. Overall, amazing experience and a noticeable improvement in my condition in only 3 weeks!
What can I say about Melanie Landers and Chris at Sovereign? After elbow surgery in January, they took my lame hanging there useless arm and brought me back to golf and pickleball. The offer staff, Courtney and Colette were always attentive and efficient. If you get hurt, come see them.
My doctor referred me to Sovereign which she told me that this is a facility offering more "centered" care, meaning the therapists do not bounce around a few patients at the same time. Make a long story short, I went to Canton location first . Not only was she late to take us in, Ms K had no problem to take 2 of us in at the same time , made me wait and worked with another patient. Scott Leaderman with Sovereign is a great physical therapist! He explained the exercises thoroughly. He also had good tips for everyday activities that were a big help to me.
