My daughter had her first MRI scan done today, everytime we have come here we have had a great experience exepct for today, where my daughter came out of her MRI feeling like a burden and felt upset at how she was treated. I would hate to see how they treat patients later on in the day.
My husband and I have attended for various services over the past 18 months. It is honestly some of the best customer service available anywhere. Pleasant, professional, welcoming and very timely. Everyone is happy and amazing. It's rare to leave somewhere smiling. Other providers take note.
Went in for an ultrasound and needed an internal US as well. Brendon was absolutely amazing and extremely professional and respectful. Was very happy with my experience and he talked both my partner and I through the whole process. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
2 bookings in a Row there system. I made for Subas the first one over the phone and conformed then when the day came they said no its over in wendouree. Then i made one for Wendouree and then we ended up going to Subas. They cant seem to get it right. :/
