Such an amazing group of people. Been managing our properties for years now and are always there when we or the tenants need them.
A safe pair of hands. Joe has decades of experience in the area and knows it well. He sold our property with minimal fuss, for the right price. Joe gave us a very high level of service, with excellent communication throughout the process.
During my tenancy the electricity failed more than five times, and every time the issue was only half fixed. One night the fuse even exploded in the meter box, leaving us without power. When I reported it on a Sunday, the owner of the Sovereign ignored my call, pretended to have contacted an electrician (which he hadn’t), and only sent someone after more than three hours — we were left without power from 6pm to 10pm.
