During my tenancy the electricity failed more than five times, and every time the issue was only half fixed. One night the fuse even exploded in the meter box, leaving us without power. We have been dealing with Sovereign for the last 12 months as renters of one of their properties. Jesse has been the best property manager we’ve dealt with thus far.
