Worst experience renting with SPP. Holly and Lauren are both incapable of doing their job... take weeks to reply - if they even bother to reply- late to inspections, rude, lie to tenants, owners and the RTA.. even with email proof she will still continue to lie. Avoid this real estate at all costs.
If you’re thinking about handing your property to Sovereign, don’t. I regret not reading all the reviews before trusting them with my investment. After just five months, I couldn’t cut ties fast enough. Holly Herrick was rude, disorganised and unresponsive. SPP forgot that my long term tenants gave notice & forgot to tell me so I only found out later that my property was vacant and hadn’t been Re-advertised when the rent funds stopped coming in.
