Great team- very friendly and knowledgeable about the location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and warm spa. 10/10 for the team We will definitely be back
We stayed in a spa room which was over $1K for 4 nights. The bedroom stunk, the hot water went out a couple of times, the air con leaked inside & the lift was broken our entire stay. We stayed recently in the school holidays. This isn’t a hotel. It’s serviced apartments. There are no meal options and you have to pay for room cleaning. It is a far walk from the beach and not in the bubble of surfers.
Nice hotel. I choose the one bedroom suite which was great with a nice balcony. Issues: The washing machine was full with soaked unwashed towels when I arrived. There were however fresh towels available for use. No breakfast. One of the 2 elevators was out of service during my entire stay and the other one was often quite busy taking ages to arrive. Great location and Denise the Receptionist could not have been more helpful over the phone when booking and when I arrived…thank you I will definitely be back! Loved my room!!
