For the price of this hotel.. its really good value for money. What I liked most were the awesome staff.. they really went out of their way to be helpful. I am especially thankful to the guy at reception (sorry I cannot remember his name) but he went way and beyond with the level of service that I would expect. Thank you
Horrendous experience here. Our bed collapsed the first night and had to sleep on the couch. Room wasnt ready on time. Cigarette butts everywhere outside, broken tiles. t shirts. was not clean at all, air con was full of dust. no customer service. no one even got back to me when I sent photos

Cheap but dirty and below average service
The room was very small. It didn't even have a desk. All the appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc) were in the wardrobe. The shower door was jammed, so I had to squeeze in and out to have a bath. The good thing was the team managed to fix it for my second night. The garage was very small, and I had to park my vehicle outdoors one night. Part of the garage was flooded, so I had to step on the poodle to get in and out of the car. Overall, it was a bad experience, I'll never stay there again.
