I called here looking to get more information on a mortgage refinance. A man answered the phone sounding disgruntled with "Hello". No introduction or announcement of who he or the business is. I proceeded explaining that I was seeking information to refinance several mortgages and he hung up. I called back to give the benefit of the doubt and he pressed ignore on me. I left a voicemail. Never received a call back. Seemed extremely rude and unprofessional.
Stephen was amazing! From start to finish, he was on top of everything and made the entire process as simple as possible for my wife and I. It was a pleasure working with him and I'll be sending my friends and family to him for years to come. Thanks again!
