If you care about your loved one, please look elsewhere. This hospice caused us nothing but worry. People wouldn’t show up when they said they would, sometimes not coming for weeks, and every time a new person came we had to explain everything all over again. The communication was a mess, and it honestly felt like our loved one was not important to them. The whole experience felt careless and very upsetting during a time when we needed real support. Vivian, Madeline, Ashley S., Jasmine, John, and others made us feel like extended family. They were very professional, gentle, and kind with their prescribed level of care. Since moving my father to the DFW area from West Texas, Sovereign has demonstrated incredible flexibility and a genuine concern for my father's needs. While we have had a few different nurses assigned to him, each has shown to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our CNA is absolutely outstanding and my father is extremely pleased in how she takes care of him. This has been a great experience thus far considering the circumstances.
