The Sovereign Building in the downtown Long Beach area on Ocean Blvd is a Historic Landmark. The Sovereign was completed in 1922 & was considered the first own your own apartment building in Long Beach. It carries a beautiful history and provides us with a glimpse of architecture featured back in the day. It is so nice that it still continues to stand tall amongst buildings in the downtown area. The Sovereign is a charming building located in the Downtown Long Beach area. As an owner, I’m satisfied with the current investments in the building to maintain the unique character and architecture. This building has graced the downtown skyline for over 100 years. If you get a chance to walk the building, please notice the beautiful entryway with small garden, renovated lobby and beautiful mailroom iron gate.
