The Sovereign is a charming building located in the Downtown Long Beach area. As an owner, I’m satisfied with the current investments in the building to maintain the unique character and architecture. This building has graced the downtown skyline for over 100 years. If you get a chance to walk the building, please notice the beautiful entryway with small garden, renovated lobby and beautiful mailroom iron gate.

Plumbing bad, over 30 units flooded in the night. Building claiming chapter 11 to stop the lawsuits against them. The first floor smells like sewer from the mold and water damage in the wall. Renters have fans outside the door to push sewer smell away from their unit. HOA doesn't follow their own rules, supposed to be only one dog allowed per unit under twelve pounds, but they allow several.
