Popped in yesterday l. The sales person was with another couple which was fine. However we were completely ignored. No hello, sorry I will be with you as soon as I can. Looked around a couple of cars which seemed in worse condition than the photos on their website. We left and bought a car elsewhere. We think it was probably a blessing they ignored is.

WARNING: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreasonable Car Dealer - Avoid at All Costs! My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing an Audi that quickly developed significant faults beyond my control, I sought a resolution, in the form of wishing to fix the car and later a refund. After previously dealing with this company on my last car, I was in no hesitation to buy another from them. I dealt with Ben and Rob who were very easy to communicate with but unfortunately there was an error in the price ( due to vat) and I decided not to proceed. Got a call from Ben who apologised that the error was on their side and they even refunded the price of my flight due to a last minute cancellation! Well done lads, that’s how customer service should be done. Great service considering they never even got the sale.
