Outside looks great. Outdated units. Drab and little natural light.There are brand new complexes all around here for the same and less cost.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Cortland Belgate community. It is a very clean, quiet, and beautiful property. They really go above and beyond such as having fun community social gatherings, providing free goodies for my dog, and even supporting physical health with their yoga classes. I even randomly walked in the leasing of office one day and was offered cookies! As someone who is quite detail oriented, their understanding and respectful approach has meant the world to me. This once was a 5 star review when Kiana was here but nah. Let’s get real — I’ve been living here since December 2023. I have had issues with neighbors smoking on and off again since move in. I’ve filed several complaints given this is supposed to be a no smoking neighborhood, but ofc it hasn’t been addressed. Yet and still, they have the nerve to charge me $25 for leaving trash outside the compactor when the compactor was full. Can charge me $25 but somehow can’t find the folks that constantly smoke though they too are not ... read more
I’ve given this community and its staff so much grace and patience however, reading the reviews I don’t know if I should feel relief that it’s not just my apartment that they neglect or sad for all the residents who live here. The request are never outlandish. Example 1. Every time they attempt to come into my unit they call me to tell me they don’t have a spare key. I’ve went as far as calling corporate to have my locks changed because they “don’t know where my key is”. Even after replacing my locks they still misplaced the... read more
