It definitely isn't a luxury situation over here. I went from the air conditioner not working to water leaking down my walls and water coming out of light fixtures. There is also a very large stain outside of my apartment door which was there when I moved in.

Your stock pics show cute painted accent walls. When did those become available? Where is all the natural lighting in your pics coming from? Beautiful exterior. Inside three units seem drab, poor lighting, outdated and one of their maintenance guys wears gallons of cheap perfume. It lingers for hours. I thought my GF was cheating, the smell was there when I arrived late evening. Someone should really tell him to knock it off. It seems to be a running joke in the group chat. But the girls dont want to hurt his feelings. Lol. Sorry. Not sorry.
After living here for a year I can say that this apartment provides good value for the money. Spacious apartments, close by to grocery stores and restaurants, and walking distance to the light rail stop. Maintenance has also been very quick and does a good job. Gym could use some new benches/equipment but is good for a quick workout and overall amenities are well maintained. Community is also pretty quiet, noise has never been a complaint for me.
