Terrible staff and service. Very arrogant team. I visited on 08/11/25 as a walk in, the only lady that was helpful was the receptionist. The CPAP consultants both of them were moody, the one I got attended was wearing an oodie and playing on her phone. After 20 min passed of me waiting I had to ask the reception to follow up on the waiting time, the other lady then came out angry. Terrible staff. Terrible service. The only think they do is to charge you at exact time. I had received 2 wrong packages as part of my deal. Both wrong masks. The last time I called them they said bring it here to change as if it was my mistake. I haven’t used the machine due to this. They were obliged to call me make an appointment as part of the deal none of that happened. Just don’t go for their expensive useless package.
I highly recommend them for their support and after sales care. They provided me with a different size mask under warranty and adjusted the pressure of the P Pap machine remotely for me
Was hopeful that this would be a more convenient and affordable option for CPAP products but did not have a good experience. Very hard to find, with incorrect signage out the front started the experience off poorly, a very dodgy looking office, not very clean or official looking. I was then sold the wrong mask, which I did not discover until I got home. I had an appointment on Friday the 20th for a consultation regarding my existing AirSense 10 unit. After evaluating its operation, some minor adjustments were made. The data was downloaded and thoroughly reviewed. The session took a bit longer than a standard consultation, but I was very pleased with the service. I’d like to commend Ms Cassandra.S, for her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the product. She was extremely helpful, and I will certainly return for any future treatments as needed.
