I had an appointment on Friday the 20th for a consultation regarding my existing AirSense 10 unit. After evaluating its operation, some minor adjustments were made. The data was downloaded and thoroughly reviewed. The session took a bit longer than a standard consultation, but I was very pleased with the service. I’d like to commend Ms Cassandra.S, for her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the product. She was extremely helpful, and I will certainly return for any future treatments as needed.
I would have given 0 if possible It's walk in for purchase. I went there after my work by 3.15pm. I was told someone will see me in 10 minutes. Waited there for 45 minutes suddenly one of the staff member appeared and told me as I have no appointment i have to leave. They should inform me on arrival not after 45 minutes of wait Unprofessional
Save yourselves the headache and don't bother with this company. They're nice at the time of sale but then gave me the wrong information, dismissed my concerns and gave no updates until I followed up multiple times. There are also additional fees attached with the payment plan since they partner with Humm. I'm disappointed to say the least and now I'm locked into paying the remainder of my 3 year plan. 1 star for the people doing the home sleep studies.
Amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices for what needed was a lot less than was anticipating having to pay (compared to another place which charged double the amount and staff there were not helpful like Sove Ashfield are). Couldn't recommend a Cpap clinic higher than Sove Ashfiled clinic. Anyone who needs Cpap equipment in inner Sydney should go there, will get the best assistance with right equipment and prices are really decent comparitevely to other places.
Changed my delivery details but package was still sent to my old town. Why have automated if it doesn't work? Not happy with that.
