I would like to speak to the office manager regarding being rudely hung up on today by the young lady that answered the phone. I did call back and received an apology from Ashley and she was able to help me. Today's date is 7/15/25.
UPDATE: I got this notice in the mail after I cancelled services basically saying they were cancelling me for missing appointments but literally I've never missed an appointment. I would reschedule and they wouldn't cancel the original appointment. I was a patient at sovah urology for a year. While I was there, the care team was majorly inconsistent. I was a patient at sovah urology for a year. While I was there, the care team was majorly inconsistent. I saw Alexa Kadi and initially, she was working with me in treating my hematuria, intercystitis, and chronic pain. She did a cystoscopy and found inflammation then a pap smear and found an irregularity, then I was basically telling her that the physical therapy wasn't working as I can't go to the bathroom normally, I have to squat in the bathtub to pee. Alex is the best she came to the phone for me when I needed something the most. She even signed off on Salome pads for me. I’m so greatful and thankful for her so very much… I recommend her over anyone else
