UPDATE: I got this notice in the mail after I cancelled services basically saying they were cancelling me for missing appointments but literally I've never missed an appointment. I would reschedule and they wouldn't cancel the original appointment. I was a patient at sovah urology for a year. While I was there, the care team was majorly inconsistent. I was a patient at sovah urology for a year. While I was there, the care team was majorly inconsistent. I saw Alexa Kadi and initially, she was working with me in treating my hematuria, intercystitis, and chronic pain. She did a cystoscopy and found inflammation then a pap smear and found an irregularity, then I was basically telling her that the physical therapy wasn't working as I can't go to the bathroom normally, I have to squat in the bathtub to pee. Stay away from Alexa El Kadi, NP When I had a question about her line of treatment she told me I could go elsewhere if I didn't like it. It's Martinsville, and she most likely knows there isn't an elsewhere around here.
