1 of the office staff there is so rude to me when I call to schedule a appointment I believe their name is Yolanda or something like that but I not so sure I wish she would speak kinder to others we just need care that's all

What a refreshing visit. I have Dr. Dailey. He was so polite, fast but efficient. He knew exactly what I needed . I'm very thankful I was met with a smiling face and not someone who was miserable which I have encountered many times since returning back to this country. The office is clean , has the latest technology, really nice physical therapy center attached . I am really pleased.

I gave two stars because of the young lady who got my information as a new patient for Dr Thiele. When the nurse said she was taking me for X-rays, I said I’d already had X-rays and she said Dr Thiele wanted his own. Mind you I was there for consultation on getting an MRI. I was sent to Sovah by Centra’s emergency care facility who had done X-rays twice for hip pain and suggested I see a specialist. Upon meeting him for results of the X-rays he had ordered, he inquired if Centra was my primary care doctor. I told him no and ... read more

Dont trust doctors. Been having alot hip pain and I'm only in the 20s. Dr shroff or whatever his name is gave me a bursitis shot, and ofc they're not gonna inform about having facial hair. Now I am having facial hair everywhere on my face. Thank dr shroff all yall care about is that money

Jan 10, 2024 I fell and broke my right hip and right wrist. Dr. Ernst was my Dr. I cannot say how pleased I have been having him for my Dr. He always listened to what I had to say and was always straight forward with what needed to be done and what I needed to do. He did a partial hip replacement and I did have therapy on the hip and wrist. Everything is healing good. I went back to work April 2, 2024, and am still working full time. I am 64 years old and would recommend Dr Ernst to anyone for orthopedic surgery .
