I called on August 2 to try and get a earlier appointment than the 12th I had to leave a message asking for the earliest available appointment ok so I’m still waiting on a call back from the office we’re now still waiting on the 11th for that call at 12 today the 11 th I get a call telling me they don’t have a earlier date just keep my appointment for the 12 the day before my appointment and the bad thing I really needed to see my provider to set up a ct scan what happened to the 11 days they had to return my call ? I have been seeing FNP Summer Olinger. She really cares about her patients and always provides outstanding medical care and advice. The Nurses are also caring and outstanding. Kodell Loftis Jr. I recently had an appointment June 24, 2025 and she continues to be caring about her patients . She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent advice and treatment. All nurses and other staff are very professional and courteous. Quintera (not sure of spelling) took blood and handled other matters. She is excellent. Sovah Internal is... read more
When I say this place is unprofessional on every level it is. My youngest son has been there since he was born however his doctor left the best doctor that was there in my opinion. So I stayed with sovah because I didn't know where his old doctor went, made my son appointment and was told the dr.s doesn't see minors and my son is 15 now they call the day before instead of checking this out . And thought I would deal with any part of sovah from the hospital to anything attached to them is horrible. I wouldn't send a dog to th... read more
