Revision. If you don’t say anything, nothing will change. It didn’t take long before I was contacted from the office. Ever since, they have been more attentive. I’m sticking with them. They are thorough and attentive. Edit-I like my doctor, but I think they are like everywhere else, overbooked and understaffed.
Very little signage to present where office was. Tried to call office to get help and directions, phone kept ringing for 15 minutes, until I eventually found the office where i was 10 minutes late to the appointment. Got there the front desk lady was just sitting there ignoring the phones, was rude when I explained my lateness and concern for lack of help due to nobody picking up. On Nov 14th Doctor Boshra Zakhary was very unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic. I arrived at my appointment at 2 pm and left around 3:20 and had not been seen by my doctor besides our interaction in the hallway. I overheard him in the hallway saying how he had too many patients and would have to reschedule everyone. I ignored it the first time in hope I would get seen because I made this appointment back in July/june. Never answers phone.. hard to get refills Lots of turnover in front office.i pre check in on phone but apparently doesn’t mean anything.. because i get asked the same questions every time i visit!
