Doctor tried to tell me I “just pulled a muscle” when I explained I was experiencing burning and tingling near my spine. She also sent me back to work with no restrictions, just work till tolerated. I just went somewhere else and was referred to a neurologist immediately. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else that will actually listen to you!!

My husband and I arrived around 9:30AM for his required vaccinations for his new job. Upon checking in, we waited in the waiting room for almost two hours. I apologize for giving a two-star rating, but I think it is crucial to reassess patient expectations beyond giving them the benefit of the doubt. I nearly approached the receptionist desk to express my concerns but decided against it. Hopefully, your facility will enhance its services.

I was at Sovah East this morning to get tested for Flu. They came out and tested and let me come in to get a shot for my back pain. Kellie, Jennifer, and Daine Blair were supre nice and fast. They called later to tell I was positive and called my meds in. Thank you so much for the caring and fast service. I know sometimes they are short staff but also give care with a smile. Lora Hughes

Had an appointment this morning at 9:00 . Had a cold. The nurse said I wasn't suppose to come into the building. She took me to a room and came back and said they need to do a covik and strip test. I told her all I had was a cold. I walked out want be going back. Diane blair seen her for 15 yrs she is the best. But when it changed to sovah it changed for the worst. Now have to find another dr.
