For a department that manages illnesses that are among the leading causes of death, my experience has been disappointing. The level of urgency and responsiveness does not reflect the seriousness of the services they provide. Very friendly people-and competent.
Refuse to make appt when I have prior authorization To see Dr Sun. Don't return calls. Cancel appt in May even though I didn't go to one appt. Then appt scheduler lies and tell me Dr. SUN has to go over my paperwork when I knew he was not even in the office for a week. How many lies this staff gonna tell. Even though Morgan tried to help but lies and delays is not for me. Run Run fast
If Dr. Akinleye is your doctor, you’re in some great hands. I’ve never seen a man so ENTIRELY dedicated to an individual as if that patient was their only one. He seriously wants to make a difference. His heart and soul are in his profession. And the fist 👊 bumps are life. ❤️
If I could give a zero star, that would be more appropriate. This office is unreachable and does NOT return calls. It has been two weeks after leaving a plethora of messages and yet to get a call back. Strongly encourage to choose another Oncology practice.
