Requested to be placed on a waiting list for generator repairs. My request was acknowledged and I was placed on there list. Now, six weeks later, still waiting for a repairman. This business ignores phone calls and won't acknowledge receipt of text messages or phone calls. I give them a one star for customer service because there isn't a lower rating available.
